Easier than using a credit card

Instead of having to add my credit card information every time I want to buy something (I've had it stolen a few times) I can simply use this to add money to my account. If I have some money to spend but nothing I want to get, I'll pick up a steam funds card and load it right into my steam wallet. Now I'm ready for the next big sale or new release.

Steam Gaming Gift Card

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm happy that Best Buy carries the Steam gaming gift card so I can send it to my son in California. He always enjoys using it and has never experienced any issues with it. The only problem is the way it's packaged for sending. The "envelope" is heavy paper that is glued together inside and I had a miserable time trying to open it without damaging the card. Also, the top was crushed and bent and the card was bent also. There needs to be some improvement on the packaging end.
