If this intended as a gift for a kid. It's almost a sure bet they use steam. Use steam credit to purchase games and other online content. Have a "GAMER" relative, perfect for them too!

I used the web to go to the nearest Best Buy store to get a steam card. I chatted with a rep that worked there and told them I had a gift card from them that I used to get a Steam gift card with. The first time I tried this transaction, it was cancelled that same day, the rep said I just need to update my info (address, credit card info and such) so I did. They told me the purchase would go back onto the card. They told me to try the transaction again. This time it worked and three weeks later, the charge showed up on my bank account. Now I don’t have the $50 gift card as it was supposed to be taken off the Best Buy gift card. I am heartbroken because I don’t have the card number of the gift card as they told me i wouldn’t need it after I put it in. I downloaded Oblivion onto my laptop from Steam and I will play it after work today. I feel like I lost out on the $50 and I know now that YOU CANNOT PURCHASE A GIFT CARD WITH A GIFTCARD.

Needed this gift card for grandsons birthday on the following Monday. Ordered on Thursday and it was delivered the next day!

This is the best look card around! Other cards just say Target or Best Buy. This one says Steam! Can beat water in vapor form!!! Better than Cats!!

Well, it does what it does. Buy stuff thru steam but the stuff can get expensive so $50 is not too bad.

A Steam gift card is the perfect way to buy games for yourself or family... far better than using a credit card when the younger ones might "accidentally" purchase something while you're at work, and it helps you manage your spending too, without those next-day regrets when you realize just how much you spent. The only thing more convenient would be if I could just have the code sent to me, no matter where I buy it from--let's start saving plastic, shall we?

So anything that I’ve written about pc is all new to as is steam. Steam seems to great. Less expensive than the console to purchase games.

From what I’ve learned, this is better than a Google card. If you buy more than one, have them as separate purchases. The cashier ran both of mine at once and only one card validated.

Bought this card as a Christmas gift for 16yr old granddtr. She requested this card and I have heard that it is a good and popular card.

I bought this for my nephew for Christmas. He is super hard to buy for. He loves computer games and plays for hours at a time. I was told that Steam can be used toward several games, so I know he got a lot of use out of it:)
