    When my granddaughter tried to add it to her account, no money was on it. We were unable to find satisfaction... and I was unable to get my money back. Buy it in person if you plan to do so. I will never purchase another one online.

    Purchased 5 Steam cards, 1 was good the other 3 were bad, Once I scratched off the codes and tried to redeem them, I received a message that the code has already been redeemed. How can that happen. I never tried to redeem the last card. Tried to return the cards for a refund or exchange, Bestbuy refused me. VERY POOR customer service.
