    It's a steam gift card. Just apply the code to your steam account and you're good to go. The 3 star rating is for how restrictive it is for me to buy this gift card. I understand most places don't allow using a gift card to buy a gift card. I have a Best Buy gift card so I could not use that to purchase the Steam gift card. Okay, fine. However, I also have reward points. Turn out I can't use that either. I also have a 10% off from my Best Buy credit card. I was able to apply it to an online order, but in the store, I could not for whatever reason. Just a lot of hassle.
