However, a few customers have encountered issues with activation, delayed delivery, and redeemed cards, while others prefer a digital format or additional value.

These gift cards are a great gift for young family members who are hard to buy for

Like many gamers, I look forward to Steam's annual game sales, and although these wallet cards can be used at any time, they are especially helpful during these sales. Easy to activate on Steam's website or app, and clearly displayed on your credit amount once used.

These cards are instant. The things that suck about them though is there is a limit to how many digital cards you can buy and usually the higher dollar value cards are unavailable or sold out. Usually if you go to any other store that isn’t Best Buy they have the 30 and 50 dollar cards in abundance. The other thing that sucks is that sometimes they don’t initialize the cards and you have to go complain on the forums to get someone to fix the issue(I currently have one that didn’t work but I paid for in my pocket but haven’t complained about yet) 20 dollars in the toilet. Buyer beware

My nephew got excellent grades and he told me that he wants this product as a gift card as a reward for his academic success. I highly recommend the product, because as aunt sometimes is very hard to find the right present for teenagers. With this card they can use it as they need it.

It's a gift card. Get from BB so I can also get reward points. Plus best to use gift cards then own CC on Steam for security means.

Exactly what my 14 year old gaming son wanted. Looked on Amazon first and they were all marked up above card value. Best Bu y had it in stock and I picked it up curbside with no issues. Thanks Best Buy.

I bought two steam wallet cards while the steam summer sale was going on and Best Buy had a promotion where if you buy one you get a second 20% off. Couldn't beat that. I got more wallet credit for less money and got a few games who were cheap during the sale. Happy camper.
