    I bought two of these cards for my nephew. A couple of the password numbers were scratched off. Best Buy would refund or exchange the $40 purchase. Emailed Steam, still no response.

    I ordered a Steam gift card for my son for Christmas. It doesn't work. Maybe they didn't activate it before sending it. Couldn't find a customer service email address to send a message about it. I have to call customer service but haven't had a chance yet because of holiday traveling. Annoying.

    I bought this as a Christmas present to a friend in another state. So when they tried to use it, it kept coming up invalid so I had him call Best Buy’s 1800 number and they activated it over the phone. This is not the first gif to card I’ve purchased and had devilered that wasn’t t activated.

    Do not order this online- This is the second time I've had this issue when ordering a gift card online where Best Buy fails to activate the card before shipping, making the code not valid when trying to redeem it. I had to spend nearly an hour on the phone where they made me jump through hoops to prove I'm not trying to steal it or something.
