Good movie at good price great to form part of my blu ray collection

This is an interesting action/horror movie that is fun to watch.

Fun and exciting especially if you like movies like Underworld

I had COMPLETELY forgotten Hugh Jackman played in this. At the time it was released, I had no idea who he even was... But after I purchased this recently and plugged it in, I was almost in shock. This is pure fun and silliness, with some graphics that, sadly, don't carry over to Blu-ray too well, but as long as you can suspend your disbelief for the time it takes to make it through, it's glorious, fantastically fun schlock for every sense you can use to watch a movie.

I remembered seeing this movie YEARS ago, maybe on cable - I'm not sure. But I had never heard of it, and never heard anyone talking about it so I wasn't expecting much. But I was actually blown away that first time - like WOW, HOW DID THIS ONE GET PAST ME?? It's actually a fun movie with GREAT SFX - even in this age of MIND BLOWING (AVENGERS) FX, this movie has enough eye candy for it's theme. I'm really surprised it isn't talked about or given more attention.

I had no idea at the time who Hugh Jackman was, and never connected this movie w/ Wolverine, but after buying it, everything clicked. The graphx were amazing for the time, though they do look a little dated, now, but still, SO...MUCH...FUN! The characters are entertaining, the story is well-paced, and the action is well-done. This is one of my favorite silly movies. I can watch it again now and then and not feel like I'm completely wasting my life away...

This is a decent upgrade to 4K UHD. Not a significant increase in detail likely due to the age of the effects not upgrading to 4K particularly well, but the HDR color grading does help to better some of the dark scenes throughout the movie.

On an oled 3D Tv it's almost as satisfying as IMAX especially since there is no dress code. The movie was about an 7 of ten. I'll watch it again but I won't be watching it by myself blasted at full power subwoofer enduced concussion mode. I'll save that for Rogue One. -yes I can spell!

Hugh Jackman does a great job as the emotionally tortured Van Helsing. I don't know how Kate Bekinsale got into her costume. Dracula, Frankenstein, et al add to the enjoyment of this movie.

Listen here I wore this film out when it hit dvd. And then came the bluray and of course I double dipped And guess what now I triple dipped because I have it for 4k now lol.

I can watch this guilty pleasure over and over. And now that it’s on 4K it’s like watching it for the first time again. The hdr enhances the filming experience

The upgrade to 4k is not the best I have seen, as the HDR adds a little too much at times. The clarity and depth though is excellent and a nice upgrade from the blu.

A fun movie to watch, but don't take it seriously. I didn't like it as much as Stephan Sommer's Mummy, but there are still a lot of cool moments.

Movie doesn’t do itself justice by going into 4K but I love it anyway.

If you are a fan of the old monster movies this is fun. its a bit of an update of a few of the oldies.

I have enjoyed this movie from VHS to HD DVD to Blu Ray and now on UHD. This is the best quality both visually and audibly.

Always liked Van Helsing. Even as a kid! This is a great vampire killer movie!

Good movie. The audio in Dolby Atmos is bombastic and over the top!
