I teach drug and alcohol and I got this to use in my class. The Speakers are not good you need to have it right next to the projector. The projector also has to be about 5 to 10 feet away in a very dark room to see anything. So at home it would probably work fine but in a classroom it's a bad choice.

The only reason this got a 2 star instead of a 1 is that when it was working, the display was really nice and worked well. However, my main problem was with actually using the device for watching movies. Based on all the reviews, it appeared that you couldn't stream movies from your phone due to copyrights. So I instead hooked my Chromebook up to the projector via HDMI cable. It worked for about 15 minutes, then the screen would go blank. I tried unplugging the HDMI and switching the ports, restarting the projector, and even doing a factory reset, and it still wouldn't allow me to watch anything from my Chromebook for about 30 minutes of everything being completely turned off. I reach out to the customer service and they stated "Due to the copyright restriction from Hulu, Netflix and similar services, the content may not be mirrored or cast. Please prepare a Fire TV stick, Roku stick or Chromecast( not included), then connect it to the projector to watch the content." I'm pretty frustrated since based on the reviews on here, no one else had had this issue. I even tried a non copyrighted video and it did the same thing so I honestly don't even know if the customer service was correct. I'm planning on returning this and would advise to not purchase it unless you already have a Fire Stick, Chromecast or other similar device to stream.

It is not great nor bad. But worth the price. I found the display a little low res

Excellent projector for the price. Not the best resolution, but works great for projecting movies outdoors (which is exclusively how I've used it so far).

Totally adequate for casual use, but not the absolute highest quality product.

This projector does not have good picture quality. It is not bright and colors are off. I would recommend to spend a little more to get a quality projector.

I bought this guy for when I go our of state and bring my PS2 and my PS4 so I wont have to lug my TV around.

This was my first projector I have ever boughten, I took my time to research and decided to take a chance on this one. I have been very happy with it and its performance. The picture quality is clear and it is very quiet too. Overall no issues at all.

Terrible experience from two companies selling a misleading product. I bought this due to claims that I can hook up my Android smartphone. First product arrives, THEN you find you you have to buy a special connector. Connector takes 4 weeks to arrive from Amazon. The HDMI port for Android DID NOT WORK AT ALL. I tell Best Buy and they basically say ' sorry it's past return date'! I email the Ivanko and they force me to pay $30 to ship it back and get a replacement. Replacement just arrived and STILL NO HDMI to C adaptor functionality. Seriously, somebody needs to fix this, compensate me for shipping, find me a projector that DOES work, please?

Like another customer commented, I bought it and tried to connect it to my computer. It would not connect. So I returned it to Best Buy (and having their Geek Squad member try to make it work too). They said since it was "out of the box" they would charge me a $10.50 restocking fee, Not a big deal, but a bummer nonetheless. This will make me MUCH LESS likely to buy anything from Best Buy in the future.

I have this projector and love it. Clear in focus picture. We purchased this for outdoor movie viewing and it’s perfect for that. Excellent quality for the price. Would definitely recommend.

Great projector works great. Ive had this since christmas and use it with my laptop still working like new!

First projector I have ever had, and for my firsf ever it is easy to use.

Poor quality . I was not satisfied however, I still had to pay $1050 restocking fee.. not too heavy about this product. I would not recommend it. It's only good for a really cheap display. Nothing that looks decent. Just something very cheap.
