Not as bright with poor remote control connectivity. Bestbuy charged me restocking fee for a defective item when i returned it. Will not buy again. I was told nothing wrong with its . Remote quits working after 20-30 min of use. I even changed the battery for the remote . It sucks to go to the actual unit just t change volume coz the remote is absolutely useless

Ok for few uses. The light is not bright enough and color is a lot differnet compared to watching on a monitor. Probably better to pay more and get a better quality projector

This is a gem! It is very user-friendly, and simple to use. It was bought specifically to cast presentations from iOS devices to the big screen, and it does that almost flawlessly (some lag now and then when I am on weaker wi-fi, but not bad at all!) Definitely a good projector, and with the included screen, even better! It is also easy to shape the picture if you are projecting at an angle, a nice surprise!

Firstly, this projector is worth for the price. The video quality is great and delivers 1080p native image for watching movies and playing games. It's easy to operate and connect with other devices. It needs a darker area to display better. It's portable and easy to setup. In nutshell, the projector is good for the wallet as per the specs and functionality.

- I bought this at the Roseville, MN Best Buy - The website reported one was in stock - I could not find it among the others, but a BB guy found it for me in the stock room - It is hansom, smallish, and reasonably quiet - I have not tried the foldable screen it came with -Also, I could not find batteries for the remote in the box (it requires 2x AAA) - I have it pointed at a white-painted wall - The geometry of my apartment prevented me from setting it up perpendicular to that wall to get a large enough display - The projector is ~13' back and ~4' to the left of center and the projection is 9' wide (horizontal, not diagonal) - I had no trouble using the keystone controls to get the display rectangular - At this angle, however, the focus on the left quarter or so is softer than the rest, but it's not that noticeable - Resolution is good, no visible pixels or other undesirable flaws to speak of from ~12' away - Contrast ratio is fine, though at all but the highest brightness settings, shadows lack detail they have on my television - Here are my settings in case anyone wants to try them: 50 brightness 60 contrast 55 saturation 20 sharpness - I can not discuss the audio because I have not, and likely never will, used the built-in speaker - Connected to a computer via HDMI works like it should and I'm just using a large Bluetooth speaker paired with that computer Recommended if you want a nice one that doesn't cost as much as most of the other ones Love, Emma (with an M)

The vankyo brand of is my go to affordable brand of projectors. Projectors have come so far in last few years this image quality would have cost thousands in past years. The buttons on this unit are very easy to use even in the dark. Projectors in this price range will be slightly blurry on the far edge its not noticable in movies only when viewing text. This projector has great image detail brightness and is so affordable. Try it out and see for yourself you can always return it but im betting you wont.

I like that the projecter is small, but perfect for movie night at home. It is easy to use, the quality is great! It comes with a remote control. We used a Roku to stream a movie.

This was the first time purchasing a projector!! Harder than we thought!!! We needed it for an outdoor memorial for a slide show of pictures and when we got it we set it up at home and we where blown away by it!!!! Works so easy with an I Phone so we ended up using went off without a hitch and we now use it in our living room for tv we love it went off of mother reviews honestly there was a lot to choose from!!!!!!! Highly recommended hope this helps others to make their decision

For the money, I’m not sure this can be beat. It has good picture and decent light output. That said, it really isn’t anything special either. You aren’t going to watch this in a well lit room. Plan to pull the blinds. We haven’t used it outside yet, but plan to. But it will have to be an absolute dark event. The picture is clear and the keystone adjustment is a good feature. My biggest complaint is that you cannot motor play your apps from your phone. So don’t buy this if that’s your hope. But, we’ve hooked an HDMI to our laptop and steamed that way fine. From what I understand, but can’t confirm, it will stream from something like a fire stick. So yeah, great little unit for the money, if that’s your budget and you have to buy, I think this is the one. But if you can spend more. Do it.

Got this projector as a gift, and it works great! This works best in dimmer settings and I would recommend it. You might need to find the best place to put it and the right angle, but once you got it, it's great!
