Online purchase (2)for pick up at the Wheaton Store in MD 2. July 26 arrived for curbside pick up, No one came outside. 3. Checked in at customer service. Only 1 item available at this store. Second item could not be canceled because it was an online order. 4. I go back online to cancel the item.July 27; item shows that I picked up at the Laurel, MD store. I've never been to the Laurel MD, store. [email protected]. RESPONSE:The level of support is beyond our capabilities...call. 6. 888 237 8289 RESPONSE: This can't be handled from this phone call. You must go to the Laurel MD store, and it is up to their discretion how to handle this matter. 7. Conclusion: While the screen is easy to set up, the frame is flimsy and not suitable for indoor or my needs. I was still willing to keep the one item. But was charged for two. The second item should have been refunded/canceled on August 1, because I never pick it up.

It doesnt stay up not even when anchored. I wish tha ti wouldve opened this immediately because I want to return it blfor a better one but I missed the return window. Poor option

Not one piece of paper was in the box or in the carry case. Returned the item to Best Buy. The quality seemed to match the price point.

The screen is fabric which is fine with me but results in a blurry and washed out image compared with just projecting on the wall. Blurry and washed out happens to be problem areas already for projectors at least under the $2000 mark. Returned paid $9 restocking fee pricked up a pull down screen and am much happier.

Nothing to complain about it. It works just fine. I use this screen in my patio for movie nights and so far so good. The only down part is when you need to constantly move it, is not so strong you have to treat it really nice to preventing of breaking it.

Bought this with a projector and we used it once. Now it sits in the closet. Bc, we have white walls and we take full advantage of being able to make pictures that much bigger.
