I purchased two of these stands online. However, upon receiving them and seeing them in person, i found the leg base is very narrow, it would be easy to topple this projector stand. I wasn't about to risk my new video projectors (also purchased at BB) on this stand so promptly returned it to the store. fI THEN HAD TO PAY RESTOCKING FEES! EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT AN ELECTRONIC ITEM it was considered electronic (?????) . Very disappointed in this item and very disappointed with Best Buy "customer service".

Its okay i had a better stand ...that was a ion from walmart but it was made for cameras . this one is made for projectors so i would think it would be better made but feels it was made from recycle material and volunteer work..

It's a very expensive tripod that is made from cheap materials. As well as the plate is not stable and bends with projectors on it. It does the job but it could be so much better

We had this for less than a month before it broke. I've kept it with the projector its for, putting everything in a locked storage container after use. I'm the only one with the key. One day I took out the tripod and one of the leg clamps won't work. If you pull the leg out and use the clamp it will immediately slide into itself and the whole thing will fall over. Sure, it's still useable with the legs at half height, but the entire reason I bought this was to have a tall tripod. I went into the store and tried to return it but they would not allow me to as it was past the return window (bought less than a month ago)

I just used it today. Never took it out of the box until the time I was setting up. One of the legs were broken. Looks like I have to return it. Update after the return is completed.

It fell apart, the legs of the tripod go inward, the metal piece won’t go up or down and falls out of the tripod and the screws fell out in the inside. Bad quality I seriously want a refund, it’s been 2 months. Horrible quality.

This tripod works well but you can tell based on how the locking mechanism works and its build quality that it's not designed to last.

I do love this tripod! I plan on purchasing another 1 very soon. It's space friendly and supports heavy equipment very well! I wish it came in different colors,but overall it works just fine .5 stars is what I give the Vankyo - TP20 black stand.

This item was damaged when delivered! When did try use the tray wouldn’t stay up, causing the projector to fall down.

One of the telescoping legs was broken when I received it by mail. I cant extend it fully.

The legs started collapsing right out of the box, my computer only weighs about 2.5 lbs, unfortunately I had it for a month be fore I tried to use it so I could not return it, I have bought other items of this brand that worked great, but not this one, it almost dumped my computer on the floor.

Doesn’t hold weight on it. Only put a projector and it kept falling down.

The legs don't lock securely and it fell over several times. Don't buy this stand if you value your projector.

First one showed up broke. Had to return it. Got the second one. It’s nice but honestly Amazon has the same exact for $30 cheaper. Save your coins people.

I was so looking foward to having a stand for my projector so i ordered this. It is terrible. The surface where you place the projector is wobbly. One of the legs snapped off and the crank on the side broke off. Very disappointed with this. I am going to return as soon as i can.

If you have a regular tripod you don’t need this but definitely you need a tripod whatsoever

Used it two times and one of the legs won’t stay up and the stand won’t stay up now - too late to return so now I’m stuck with a broke stand :(

Poor quality especially for the price. I ended up throwing this pice of junk away.

Not happy with this item; it no longer holds my device. So now I have to buy a new one.
