Very happy with the product. I had it over one year and unfortunately one camera defaulted but the customer service was extremely helpful and they exchanged it. Very thoughtful and on point. The cameras have a great quality in the night , accurate temperature check and great sound

Wonderful monitor, great quality image, sound could be a little better, but overall very pleased. Very versatile with the dual camera functionality.

Originally bought this product in March 2023. By August of 2023, the monitor no longer held a charge. The company offered to replace it so had to return the monitor and cameras back. The replacement I received did not have sound on one of the cameras. Since it was such a hassle to send everything back, I decided to keep the malfunctioning camera. Now a year later, the monitor has charging issues again. The product worked well when I first got it but does not last long

They are easy to set up!! The monitor is clear and picks up the sound clearly.

I use the product as a baby camera and second cam for elderly parent. It has a great connection and have not had any issues with. The video monitor has fallen on the floor a few times.. still works like a charm. Ice had it for a year and higly recommend this model.

Let me tell you how excited I was about this monitor. Loved everything about it, until not even 6 months later, the charging port went out. It barely holds a charge, and it’s hard to get it on the charger. It will randomly go off now as well even while on the charger. I am so disappointed in this monitor especially for the price. Please look at other reviews, because this is a KNOWN issue. Also their customer service is absolutely horrible to work with trying to get it replaced since I’m still within the manufacturer warranty. Do not buy this monitor…

Good for what it is. We orginally had a wifi enabled monitor and opted to the non wifi RF vava with split screen since we have 2 children. Signal sometimes cuts in and out. Overall good. Can find cheaper non brand names from other retailers.

Best baby monitors yet. We have 2 kids, this is the 4th baby monitor we’ve purchased trying to find the right one and this is it. You can see both little ones at the same time

Love it it works perfectly and know I can have a piece of mind knowing I can see both of my children while they rest or play

bought this as a gift and the new mom loves the clear video and audio watching the baby sleep. two monitors allow for one to move around and one to stay near the crib. Best of both worlds.

Excellent quality video and audio. Only thing I would change would be the camera cables be about 3 ft longer to easily mount and run cable to electrical outlet.

We have owned several baby monitoring systems and this is the best combination of battery life and connectivity. You pay more and there is no wifi but it is dependable.

[Employee of bestbuy] Read the reviews from Amazon it has a 2.5 review because of an issue that happens months after purchase. After about 5 months the charging port stops working. This seems to be common issue with this product. I thought it was just a defective model and I had it exchanged. But then the second one after only about a week had connection issues with both cameras despite being only about 10 feet away it was not able to connect to one of the cameras at all and the other one kept connecting and then disconnecting. Would’ve been a great product if it worked besides those issues.
