First of all, setup and use was simple and easy and I had not problems getting it to work. Operation is basically what I think any person familiar with a baby monitor might expect. Pictures and sounds all came through clear. I selected this monitor with the thought that I can put it in different locations of the room and get a better view of our crib and never have to worry about the baby being out of view. In hindsight it was kind of a waste for that purpose and a bit of overkill. I don’t think that extra view was really worth the effort of trying to get extension cords and figuring out placement of two cameras that would get every angle of the crib. Just after I got the unit I had a co-worker who’s wife had twins. He didn’t have any baby monitor so I said he could borrow mine until he got one of his own and just set up my old one again. He loved it, he said the ability to just use one screen / controller and track both boys was so nice that his wife decided to go by their own. So if you’re trying to just be extra fancy with one kid you’ll probably be disappointed by how little the second screen really helps. If you have twins on the other hand, you will love this.

I got this VAVA monitor to use when my 2 grandbabies are with us. They are both under 2 and sleep in separate rooms in our house. I love that I can see both babies on one screen or if just one if only one is napping. The picture quality is great even when very dark in the room. I can clearly hear the babies over the sound machine that is also in the room. The set up is super easy, even for a grandma!

This monitor works very well for us. With two under two it’s hard to keep tabs on them at all times and this split screen two camera setup helps out a lot. Not only at home but we had to travel unexpectedly this last week and we decided to take these with us. Super easy to setup any where. Never run in to a range issue. Had one setup in the basement and the other on the second floor. Had great connection to both cameras wherever we moved about the house. The picture quality is good both day and night. And the PTZ works great for keeping track of them in a large room. Sound quality is also good both ways. The monitor itself is easy to navigate adjusting sound brightness or the pan tilt zoom.

Vava has offered me the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Bought this on February 4 of 2023 and the parent unit broke the first week of March 2024. The unit would randomly stop charging even while plugged in and turn itself off in the middle of the night. It was traumatic to wake up in the morning to my baby crying on the other side of the house for who knows how long because I couldn’t hear it because the monitor turned off hours earlier without me knowing. The unit was out of warranty by less than 30 days, yet Vava said they could do NOTHING for me. Said I could buy their replacement parent unit which wasn’t even in stock at the time! Even took the complaint to management which denied the request to give me a replacement when I was only out of warranty by less than a month. Have you ever thought why Vava sells just the parent unit? Why would a company need to SELL a replacement part to their system and why is that part ALWAYS out of stock unless that part is ALWAYS breaking for people. What a genius way for them to gauge us poor parents of even more money. Please do not purchase anything from this company! It’s a big scam and they do not care at all about their customers or our precious children! Take your money elsewhere and save yourself the horrifying experience of not knowing your baby is crying all through the night because the monitor doesn’t work!!

Very good video quality, even in the dark, ideal for two kids, and happy to have a wifi/phone free technology.

Had this set up in minutes after charging. Pairing was simple and the ability to carry the video monitor and swap camera selection is great. Menu navigation is intuitive and the low light/night viewing mode works extremely well. We have carried the screen all over the house from top floor to basement to garage and connectivity and video clarity has been great. After a few weeks of use, we are looking at getting additional cameras to add to the system. This is exactly as was advertised and what we wanted.

Great camera!! No Wi-Fi required. Decent battery life

Bought this directly from VAVA. First one lost video within one month of purchase. Factory replaced it immediately as if it was not a surprise. Replacement only lasted a year when the charging mechanism started failing. Very disposable product. Company is not consumer friendly.

These are quite literally the worst, and so is the company. Night bison went out early on, and company offered me nothing but a 15% off coupon on new purchases. One camera glitches in and off through the night so you have to constantly get up to rearrange the power cord. Absolute trash, and one of the worst purchases we’ve ever made! Save your money!!
