I was not a fan of Sony making a Venom movie without Spider-Man, but in the end Tom Hardy’s performance won me over. Plus the Steelbook art looks super cool!

Slow character development, somewhat predictable dialogue, and bad Eminem song during the credits. It has potential to become something under Marvel.

Really enjoyed this Venom 4K blu-ray. Story line is like a less edgy Deadpool with a bit more humor. Characters and language more accessible for all audiences. PG 13. Played it on a 4K ultra HDTV w/ HDR, Plenty of action sequences but CG definitely not over the top like in bigger budget Marvel movies. Overall, very enjoyable experience.

I was a little iffy of this movie, but really enjoy these types. Plus, Tom Hardy is always a plus. First time I saw I knew I was going to buy it even in this time of streaming so when Best Buy had the dvd (for the car trips), blu-Ray (for picture) and digital for streaming on the go I figured it was a good time. Glad I did. Good movie.

Hardy is a really great and actor and he really brings venom to life with his portraying of Eddie Brock! The plot is a little confused but many marvel and DC movies are! Venom 2 lacked a strong story and characters but the relationship between Eddie Brock and Venom make the movie. The visuals aren’t missing from this movie,m! The steel book looks fantastic!

What rhymes with Venom? How about AWESOME! Well, kinda not totally, but kinda. This is a stupid-awesome movie about Tom Hardy being covered in black goo! The best kind of goo! I’d watch it again.

Pretty cool movie. Definitely worth checking out (despite the negative reviews) & worth having on Steelbook. The only thing I didn't like about the steelbook is that there's no interior artwork. The steelbook could've easily been a 5 star rating from me if there was interior artwork. I'd still rate it a solid 4 out of 5 because it's an awesome movie with an Awesome design!

I preordered Venom without seeing it in the theaters which is something I rarely ever do but I took a chance on this movie and I don't regret it, this film does have it's flaws and to be honest if you pay close enough attention you can see where certain scenes were cut short and some of the dialogue in this film has been softened to get or maintain a PG 13 rating.... I would have preferred a rated R or unrated version but it's still an entertaining experience.

Tom Hardy did a nice job as usual. Story felt rushed and clunky. It was still fun and was worth watching. The steelbook art is one of the better ones

Many critics wrote this movie off. While the CGI could have been better, Tom Hardy steals the show. The interplay between Eddie Brock and Venom is awesome. Venom comes off in almost a Deadpool sense of humor. Plus, you get a Carnage preview and a hint at a sequel at the end of the credits. If you love Venom from the comics, give this film a chance and you wont be disappointed.

Best movie! Love the effects, the suspense, and horror mixed in throughout. Venom is one of the coolest and darkest characters. One of my favorite movies. Felt as though this movie should be rated R due to scary scenes, language, and violence, which may not be appropriate for some, especially children.

Only Best Buy could have pulled this off and glad to get the Steelbook version of this movie as it is a beautiful cover. The movie itself was fun even though it didn't follow the canon of the origin story, the story was pretty good to create its own conflict between Brock and the Carnage it created as a result of the symbiote bonding with him. Either way, had fun watching it!

Tom Hardy is great as Brock the reporter who becomes Venom. Venom is an alien from space who joins with Brock to become the hero in this movie. The special effects are quality and Tom Hardy is at his best as Brock and Venom. This movie is a great value when it is on sale.(14.99) This movie is action packed and has some good humor too.

This movie is one of my son’s and my favorite superhero movies. The story is on point, and I appreciate how both adults and kids can enjoy this together. I also bought it for under $10 during the November month-long Black Friday specials. You cannot best that. Onto Venom 2 now!

Entertaining a bit but just not what I expected. Expected a bit more of a dark movie. Not the attempts at comedy and the sudden change of hearts.

Started a bit slow and wasn't what I was expecting. For a superhero movie this is different which makes it interesting so I'm 50/50 on this one.

Fantastic film. We like to buy this type of set, as we like to have the blu-ray at home, just incase the internet is down we can still watch a dvd. The digital copy is great because you can watch a film wherever you are and the dvd copy goes to grandmas. :) Plus it was a great price.

The packaging is perfectly adequate as well as nice to look at! There are also over an hour of behind the scenes special features to enjoy! The movie itself is a fun adventure story with elements of horror, sci-fi, action, and comedy! Definitely recommend to any comic fan and to most superhero movies fans as well!

If you're looking for Marvel Cinematic Universe level quality from a full package standpoint (humor, character development, great action), this movie isn't quite there. But this is still a good movie and Hardy is great. I'm not a huge fan of a world with Venom and not Spider-man, but we can hope that work that out for #2. Totally worth it at the black friday price i got.

Although this film is pretty overrated in my opinion I still feel its pretty enjoyable in spots. Average film but still watchable.
