Account restricted and deactivated for no reason
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Verizon suspended and deactivated account for no reason. Entire family lost their long term cell phone number. Since Verizon deactivated our account they said you can’t port your number anymore. We had our numbers for several years. And Verizon do this to us. They deactivate out account for no reason and my license wasn’t no help to reconnect account. Thru just said too bad find another company and get new numbers. And once accounts is restricted its gone for ever. We paid ontime for several years and services wasted even better than other providers but we paid more and didn’t complain, then they shut us off without any explanation.
