I gave this one star because it wouldn’t let me give it zero. I never received download instructions so I had to go ahead and buy another through Verizon. After paying for two of these, I figured I would just call and have them refund this one since it was never downloaded. No such luck. Some foreign lady who said her name was Dewayne said they don’t refund digital downloads. It doesn’t matter if I got it or not. Really? So I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this. It’s a scam.

Never used. The was not labeled as for Prepaid only when I bought it. Cant return it, so if you dont have a pre paid plan, dont buy.

Took a full 24 hours to get the code. Don't buy if you need it immediately.

Used for Prepaid Accounts only. Thought this may be a Verizon gift card for any Verizon account.

Horrible! I used to like best buy, not anymore. By buying this card I pretty much threw away $65. I haven't been able to apply the money to my account and not one employee has helped me.

This item I still haven't been able to use as you need a 4 number pin which unless your current phone is on Verizon you can't access the pin and online has been no better this was a gift and I wanted to pass on all the details to that person so it's not even be given yet as I'm at a total loss of how to use it so please ensure you have used before to benefit 65 bucks is alot to spend on something which is as of currently unused

Terrible. It took more than 12 hours to get the digital pre-paid card delivered to my e-mail. Absolutely not worthy.

I had nothing but troubles! Used two different tec people to help in which did not ; then they told me to xall the day .

the product is straight forward, I however purchased the wrong kind of gift card and am unable to use this anywhere. and best buy wont wont return it!!

Bought this thinking I could apply it to my Verizon account. Turns out I bought the wrong card. Sucks that I can get a refund for it.

They sent my card to a old email address and i haven't been able to get them to send it to the new address. So the card is totally useless. Horrible at following up and just left me hanging.
