Needed the card in order to use my cell phone. I purchase a card each month

I purchased this for a mobile hot spot. In my location and surrounding areas I got a speed way below 4g. Because of the fact that the card had been scratched off when Best Buy activated the device Best Buy won't do a return on it. I lost $50 plus the price of the hot spot.

It was not activated before it was sent out. Had to call Verizon to activate it and it took over and hour to settle it on the phone. I had purchased 4 of them and tried to return them to Best Buy but I did not know it is against Fed law they cannot be returned. Verizon told me to return them!!!!! I would not recommend ordering them thru the mail.

Can not use refill card because it was not activated by best buy.

Signal could be stronger , fades in and out and some times won’t open apps at all

This only covers talk & text which is not good. Plus, coverage is not the greatest.

It's not enough data for that price.. if you use a lot your phone buy the $70 one

I received the order fast and it was accurate. My only complaint is the card was not validated so can't apply it to my phone I have been to the Verizon store and called the customer service twice but still won't work

Don't allow the Best Buy Sales Rep talk you into buying this $40 refill card if your prepaid plan is $45. The sales Rep told us that Verizon reduced their $45 refill cards to $40, which is not true. We had to add an additional $5 in order for Verizon to turn our daughters prepaid phone back on.

Adam and Drew made switch. Both agreed plan was same as I had. They said I had 1 gig but phone shows only 500gb suggesting I buy more. Not showing correct data. I will return for correction.

Not a good value for the cost. Wanted to get unlimited data for $80.00 but was not allowed due to being a prepaid customer.

Cashier said I couldn't buy this with my gift)return card. Is this correct as your website says I can.

I bought this item to put 8GB on my mobile hotspot and it was gone in 2 days without me even using it and customer service is impossible to get answers from.

Verizon gift card is for prepaid service only. Cannot use it on Verizon fios bill. Very disappointed this was not explained on website. Waste of $30!!!
