Purchased 2 of these cards for my son at college. Only received one and the other was a best buy gift card. Phone card does not work. Says invalid.

This amount is not enough to activate a new phone at $45. Why is it being sold?

Can't get a live body only robot that doesn't help. No matter what no u call u just get auto response!

tried every way possible to get this onto the sim in the phone, there just doesnt seem to be any easy way to do this, waste of $40

LTE slows down after set amount of use. Better options outhere for wireless internet.

Verizon does not offer a 3, 6 or 12 month card. You must go monthly to purchase a phone card

no worth it if your buying it for the mobile hotspot. only able to see one movie :(

Add for Mobile Hotspot was misleading. Never again will I purchase pre paid.

$40 is a minimum for cheapest service, nobody told me about it

I boght a verizon $50 card and the pin is invalid!

Simple as scratch the back off and then type the code in to receive the account credits its simple and effortless

The card I bought did not work. I tried to enter it at the Verizon website and got the message "The refill card entered is invalid." I tried to enter it via text message and got the message "We're sorry, we cannot process your request at this time." Looking at other reviews here, I can see that I am not the only one who has had this problem. This is unacceptable. I have bought prepaid cards from other stores plenty of times when I was using T-Mobile and never had any issue whatsoever. I am not some newbie who doesn't know what they are doing. This is my first time buying from the Best Buy website and my first time buying a prepaid card for Verizon (I recently switched carriers). Either Verizon or Best Buy screwed things up (I am not sure which company is to blame for this) and now I have just wasted $40 for nothing. I will never buy a prepaid card from Best Buy again.

Do not purchase refill cards online!!! Best Buy sent me card that apparently is expired or void - every time I tried to apply it to my Verizon phone account, it said it was "invalid". After reaching out to Verizon, they said I had to return the card to a Best Buy store and hope they would give me a new one. If I'd wanted to go the Best Buy store, I wouldn't have ordered the refill card online! Terrible customer service and very inconvenient.
