Terrible representation by store

Store won't remove activation lock
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was told it could be activated with Verizon, but it could not, because the store hadn't removed the activation lock. Brough the device back to the store and showed them the big bar code on the bottom that says "Scan barcode below for activation" but they insist it's not necessary. Buy this device from someone other than Best Buy.

Not worth your time or money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't waste your time and money. Verizon makes it impossible to activate mobile hotspot devices. I tried for two days, making multiple phone calls and going through endless automated response systems to just get hung up on every time. Get the TMobile hotspot, it took me 5 minutes to get it activated and working.
