I was told the gigabytes that I purchased could be carried forward to the next month, which is not true. This has caused a huge battle with Verizon, when it is really Best Buy's fault for giving out bad information when I purchased the Ellipsis Hotspot. I think I should be compensated by Best Buy for the value I lost. Please get in touch with me and make this right.

This is a great hotstop especially for some one like me that has kids when traveling with my kids it easy to get them calm on there tablets without needed to pay a contract with other wireless providers

Bought the contract free version for about twenty bucks on sale. Now can buy small amounts of prepaid data and use on special occasions. I specifically wanted a hotspot I could raise up in the air where the cell signal was strong, and keep my phone with me.

I bought this so that my son could watch movies and play on the computer during a long 2-day trip. However, the battery only lasted 2 hours. Kinda disappointed for the price I paid. Oh well. Live and learn.

Bought this to use when I need internet on the go. Used my iPad and laptop with it no problem. The connection is good but depending if there is a good signal. Where I live it can be spotty at times but when I'm closer to the city it works great.

I purchased this sales person from Best Buy waited 4 hours just trying to activate it then when I tried to use it I could not due to the fact that it said it was locked up all the data I purchased was used up the date of purchase??? Completely messed up 45$ data Plus the amount of the device plain stupid very in happy

Used this while traveling to remote area where my cell phone carrier did not offer coverage (but works if a wifi connection is available). Was the perfect solution for my needs with out having to spend a ton of money on another cell phone provider

This device was great for traveling. I had a hard time updating data.

This is a good device and I've had no problems at all. I take it with new wherever I go and I always have a connection. The plans are designed for anyone and if you run into any problems, customer service is there to assist you. Great item!

I take my work with me everywhere I go and it requires a strong WiFi secure signal. This jetpack works always!

Works great in a pinch but not very good for the business travelers.

When your traveling Wifi can be expensive, but not if you have this.
