I purchased this item about a month ago i must say the instructions on setting it up could be clear but over all it's a great product and I would recommend this to anyone.

bought this to use when we go camping and there is no wi/fi or wireless service. only tried it once so far. worked good but data got used up fast.

I got this to take on the road and use with my tablet and to provide stream for the certain devices. Works great and make sense since there are no data only unlimited plans. My only problem is sharing data with my GF lol

Worked out great for the long trips and allowed us not to worry about using up data on our regular plan.

Worked ok for my vacation in providing a hotspot for my family

This device works fine but the cost of the data is too high in my opinion. I mistakenly thought the prepaid options for phones were also for this device. This was a mistake I shouldn't have made. If you are aware of the prices then this device works well solid LTE coverage.

This Verizon hotspot helped us when we wanted it the most.

Honestly, I don't like this product at all, I am not sure the problem is on the product which I purchased or the kind of stuff always working like this. Keep shouting down then restart on and off! I did follow the instruction to factory reset and hard reset, did not get better either !

THIS product was sold to me because the sale person could not ring up the at&t jet pack.So they sold me the verizon jet pack i could not get it to work so i went back for help .THEY could not help me an instructed me to go the verizon. it still does not work an i wasted $ 200 dollar .

Great mobile hot spot!! Works well with my MacBook Air.

Nice to have on hand as extra source of data as needed

Needed wireless service and purchased the Jet pack, Had trouble loading the prepaid card and finally had to call Verizon to straighten it out. Have to keep going online to view data usage and data remaining.

My wife and I used it while on a short trip and it worked great each time. Great knowing we could use our tablets anywhere we went. Fast connections also.

Works great for an over the road truck driver, buy the data as you go (no over data charges) and connects with the wifi printer and cell phone!

Had to have verizon set this up for my ipad and it worked great. However, when I attempted to set it up for my iphone I was not sucessful. Still not sure what went wrong but it will mean another trip to verizon next time I want to use it.

my 1st hotspot ever. need it since I moved to an area where my Sprint phone doesn't get great reception for data. Verizon has good service in the area but I have trouble loading more data myself. not sure why it's so difficult to do.

I had a lot of difficulty connecting to the internet. After I bought and installed the Ellipsis Jetpack I was able to readily connect to the internet

If you work while on the road and can't get signal from your carrier this is a Must Have. It has saved me a few times now. Love knowing I have a backup system.

I followed the instructions to activate which did not work at all. I called Verizon support , the automated operator ask for a phone number for the unit. Without activation no phone number is assigned there was support. Finally, I did get a live techie who told me it was not activated a th point of purchase I returned to Best Buy sought out a Verizon to activate the unit. I arrive back at home and unit would not perform. I would not recommend this unit to anybody.

Good Device and by Default the electronic products i will buy only at Best Buy.
