Unreliable Data Hog

Left it running and left the remote location only to find it crashed and could not be restarted remotely. Very cumbersome user interface and very poor customer service.

Pretty disappointed, especially for the price of data Verizon charges!

I checked my address through Verizon coverage map prior to my purchase and it showed 4G but it doesn't pick up anywhere in or around or even on top of my house.
