The Jetpack is easy to hook up and use. The only problem I had was getting how much data I had left.

This is a very good device. Have spent several months driving around the country and this had signal where my T-Mobile cell did not. Bigger font display would be nice.

Works well, very good quality of service (no interruptions, fast speed, etc.) data is extremely expensive though. simply updating my inbox blew through 1Gb of data in about 15 seconds.

My work keeps me on the go and I have to stay connected. Before I bought the Jetpack I tried uisng the hotspot feature on my phone. Although it worked fine, I couldn't use the phone while online. Needing to sign and process contracts while on the move that didn't work out too well! So I tried the Jetpack, problem solved! Very reliable internet connection where ever I can get a Verizon signal.

I bought it to ensure I would have Wi-Fi while I was in Florida and I didn't have to worry about getting a signal.

Nice little package, can fit virtually anywhere. nice coverage and battery backup. But the data plans are expensive.

This would have been perfect, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. Needed a hotspot just in case my internet goes out, but didn't want a contract.....

Verizon - Ellipsis Jetpack 4G LTE No-Contract Mobile Hotspot - Black is a nice little wifi mobile hotspot , i got it with 1 gb ...for the occasional need to get my amazon fire tablet online. get a great signal and got it at a great price.

I would recommend it. It is a good gift for people on the go. That does not want to pay a lot for Internet

Bought for a business trip to use in car. Worked well. Still using for car trips when I have work to do.

I remember using this product at my old job so I decided to purchase it for my home office and other use and it has been a great choice so far.

I bought it for the kids to have wifi while traveling,and the data went very fast.The reception was great but in just 3 hrs the data was gone.

I needed something to access the Internet while at my Lakehouse, and this didn't just do the trick until I can have the Internet installed. The speed is actually faster than my new satellite Internet.

I was planning a prolonged visit to an area with no wi-fi service and decided to purchase a Verizon Jetpack for $60 instead of signing up for a long-term contract. Well, then it cost $30 for only 2G of pre-paid data for one month, and any unused data at the end of the month would disappear. Chances are you normally need much more than 2G in a month anyway, but that could easily cost you $90 for a single month and you'd still lose any unused data at the end of the specified time period. What really disappointed me though was the fact that the Jetpack is supposed to keep track of the data used and the time you have left to use the remaining data on the built-in screen. It was NEVER able to do that. NOT ONCE did it show that information! It kept showing that it was unable to provide that information at this time EVERY SINGLE TIME I looked for it. The wi-fi connection worked fine, but pretty much any wi-fi hot spot box will. I'd have been better off upping my cell phone data plan and using my phone as a wi-fi hot spot! Live and learn.

This has been a great device. I have used it with all of my devices and no problems. Service is great with Verizon.
