I hate Verizon
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In order to activate my prepaid Verizon data hot spot, I was on hold 42 minutes, then got transferred to the wrong department. I have limited minutes on my government phone, so near 6/20, I ran out of minutes for the month. This is not Best Buy's fault, but Verizon's. I wish there was another option besides Verizon, as I have had horrible experiences with this theiving company in the past.

Not worth it!
