Not so Great Jetpack

I tried to give it no stars because it would not work per the instructions included. Took it to a Verison office and they could not get it to work. Returned it to Best Buy and gave up.

Wouldn't consider again

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't used this item yet, BECAUSE I tried to activate it DIRECTLY with Verizon and they said it is locked, must go to Best Buy to get it activated. It says NOWHERE on the stupid BB site that this is the procedure. WHY would they ship it to my house if I was going to have drive to BB to get the service activated?!!! I'm considering just getting a refund and scrapping the Verizon idea.

Bad product, store not much help

When I turned it on the next morning to activate, the display was so faint that it was unreadable. I took it back to the store to see if was something I wasn't doing correctly but I had feeling the person that was helping me didn't know or didn't care. I just returned it for credit. Later went by the company's store and got the same item for the same price and a helpful salesperson tp boot. She activated it for me and so far everthing seems to be working fine. I usually have no problems at Best Buy but this was not at the store I normally use.
