I don't like it at all. The data doesn't last, I purchased 5GB which lasted 2 days, when I tried to buy more, I was told I can only do it by calling Verizon so they can re start your cicle because it's supposed to last 2 months. You can not just purchase data whenever you want. I will return it.

Watch out when you use it on your computer. They will automatically calculate anything that is running in the back and use up your data.

I strongly recommend that you do not buy this!!!!!

I thought it had better coverage, but I'm very disappointed because it lost a lot of the connection

In order to activate my prepaid Verizon data hot spot, I was on hold 42 minutes, then got transferred to the wrong department. I have limited minutes on my government phone, so near 6/20, I ran out of minutes for the month. This is not Best Buy's fault, but Verizon's. I wish there was another option besides Verizon, as I have had horrible experiences with this theiving company in the past.

I paid $100.00 of 10G of data. I used it for 3 hours, consumed 5G and it never worked again. I paid for the service plus the device. Not worrth it at all!

I was able to gobble up $50 in data within 2hrs of using it.

I needed it for an cumputer but it was not working.

Had it little over a month and quit working took back to Best Buy and was told nothing they could or would do got no where with Verizon so had to throw away left a bad taste for anything from Best Buy very very unhappy use to be customer

The survey states that I should enter an overall rating. I tried to give it no stars because it would not work per the instructions included. Took it to a Verison office and they could not get it to work. Returned it to Best Buy and gave up.

The Jetpack could not be activated. The store replaced it and that one wouldn't activate either. Luckily the store was very cooperative and gave me a refund.

The products storage ran out extremely quick and didn't last long. It isn't worth It. Just buy internet from your cable provider or another device

been back to best buy trying to get the product working properly. after three hours of effort, it still doesn't provide data usage.

Spent $20 on the data, lasted less than 30 seconds, don't get it.

I purchased this Jetpack and let it charge overnight. When I turned it on the next morning to activate, the display was so faint that it was unreadable. I took it back to the store to see if was something I wasn't doing correctly but I had feeling the person that was helping me didn't know or didn't care. I just returned it for credit. Later went by the company's store and got the same item for the same price and a helpful salesperson tp boot. She activated it for me and so far everthing seems to be working fine. I usually have no problems at Best Buy but this was not at the store I normally use.
