So, more of carrier fault than the device. The touchscreen is nice. Other than basic setup you can't perform on the device's screen. You have to login to their web interface.

GB Total Not Showing

Only issue so far is it is not calculating the total GBs used. Have a help desk ticket in with Verizon.

Also great to help keep the kids entertained with movies and shows. We did the prepaid monthly plan through Verizon and activate it when needed.

Better than Nothing

At some times of the day it works great and at other times almost nonexistent. It takes hours and hours to charge and then uses its charge fairly quickly. Further, it costs $32 a month to use. Still it is much better than nothing if your ina remote local with no cable internet and want to use devices

Verizon Jetpack MiFi 8800L

I never log into public networks and was constantly booted off my phone hotspot. Picked this up and had perfect service the rest of the week while remaining secure.
