Dropping connected devices

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Connected device keep dropping their WiFi connection to the Jetpack 8800L every few minutes for anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes. Streaming is impossible. Just browsing the internet or doing email it is not as noticeable. Verizon is sending me a new SIM card because they cannot establish a stable connection from their end. Hopefully, that will solve the problem. When a device is connected it works well.

Set up instructions assume you have an activated SIM card. Very fast operation as WI-FI, much better than I expected. Haven't stressed it too much yet with streaming services.

Would be great to be able to leave it plugged in full time, however was instructed to let it drain down to protect the battery.
