It's definitely worth the price...I don't have a worry about lags or connection issues. I'd recommend this product.

Works great but way to expensive plans from Verizo

the Jetpack worked well.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Verizon will tell you that you have an unlimited plan for your Jetpack and it works really well until you hit 15 gb of data and suddenly you only have 0.6 megabytes of download speed and 0.7 megabytes of upload speed. I called Verizon and asked why if I have unlimited data does it drop down to less than snail speed. That and only then they tell you that all of their data packages have a 15 gb data cap. My wife is a teacher and she is having to teach online because of the pandemic and I told the tech person this and he only said, "sorry, nothing we can do." Thank goodness I found this out before it was too late to return it. BUYER BEWARE!! It was not Best Buy's fault - only Verizon. Best Buy has always stood behind their products.

Much better than phone’s hotspot

We live in an area with limited signal as it is, and the difference between our phone’s mobile hotspot and the Jetpack is SIGNIFICANT for us.
