we use it for camping and traveling and it keeps us connected very well. can even use for gaming.

First of all, no Verizon MIFI will ever get 5 or even 4 stars from me, because I object to Verizon's restrictive policy pertaining to the use of bandwidth WHICH I HAVE DULY PAID VERIZON FOR. So, not only must I pay dearly for their bandwidth, I must also pay for their mifi devices, which invariably underperform and/or are for applications that are at odds with my preferred useage of the device. Secondly, this device seems to be performing average at best so far.

Great piece of equipment to produce what you need, when you need it for internet connection.

Works well, provides good service at remote events.

This was a great investment so that my wife can work remote in a rural area of Iowa where cellular coverage is spotty.

This Verizon jetpack is awesome, I can camp pretty much wherever I can put my RV and still have Wi-Fi for my computer and TV.

I now own a $200 battery charger. Device constantly reboots, won't access internet. I been to Verizon's website and followed their directions but it is no good. I own a older version of this product and the only reason I bought a new one is because the older one has issues. I am connected to the internet and creating this review using the older 8800l which I bought in February 2019. When I was able to access the internet I updated the software, still have issues. I will have to look for another more reliable hotspot.

Love it, I really needed it when my son was in the hospital.

This jet pack is trash. I’m very irritated that I can’t return it as it constantly overheats and shuts off while charging and while in use not charging. Pure and utter garbage. The return window is too short. This item should be recalled. Would be better served by an old throw away phone that has a hotspot function.

Got for the Verizon network. Connects easy, good sped as long as you are getting good service.

Activated it on a post paid plan and got it up and running in about an hour. I think it’s fairly easy to use and the size is great

the young man that helped us was very good and very friendly. He knew exactly what we wanted and got us going.

It was a pain to activate once I got home. It took me several conversations with Verizon to get it going. But it does work great now.

We use this as our full time internet source. It works great with no issues. It seems the issues ppl were having were fixed 100% with a update.

They really help in areas where we only have power. I use them to provide internet service to my security systems for temporary monitoring...
