I Do not recommend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took me over 3 weeks to get this product to work. It would not register the 22gb, so I never knew if it was working or not. It doesn't hold a signal well. The design is nice.

Terrible

Was told that it was something wrong with mu set up. Nobody st verizon knew anything about them. Calling customer service is a joke. The product is terrible and customer service is even worse!

Poor device
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The battery is exploded on both of those that we owned and Verizon would not reimburse us for new batteries and they got to the point where you couldn't turn them on without the battery swelling up so we just stopped using them

The connection drops every few minutes even at full strength and the data plan is capped even if it says unlimited 4G.

Mifi nightmare

And trying to get a refund from Verizon is a complete joke, it is a month later and I'm still fighting charges for this useless piece of junk.
