Why pay ridiculous prices. Get the prepaid card...

A way to pay for my phone to keep it working. ....

Your employees need to be trained on customer relations. Two women who "helped" me were rude, and didn't know what they were doing. I asked for a supervisor, they refused to call one, probably because they knew they would be reported for their actions.

Works as described but was hard to set up, it required the Verizon guy to work on it for at least 30 mins with HQ help so I'm glad I didn't try solo also the data limit is used up very quickly so you need top be very miserly with use.

If you're going to sign up for reoccurring payments then this card is a waste of a tree. I guess if you just like buying cards to refill your cell minutes then this is the card for you.

Great alternative for prepaid phones, would have given more ☆'s but best buy employee placed online prepaid store hold sticker over back of card. This made it a fiasco to get to activation # & directions without ripping text off.

We had to contact Verizon after day one as all our data time mysteriously disappeared. After they reloaded card we were ok.

Simple, no contract, not worries about getting stuck with a provider. Easy

The Verizon phone card is a good way to keep my LG Vista phone activated and ready to use. Minimal interaction is needed to add the monthly $45 card. Service is good and I have not had a problem at this point. Reminders are sent to my phone just prior to the due date and that can be helpful.

drop call all the time poor service and weak signal a lot but other then that it's ok

It's just a prepaid card for a phone. No big deal!

I bought a pre paid phone and three months of service as a Christmas gift for someone. After purchase I found out the person I bought it for already purchased a phone. I returned the phone to Best Buy but they would not take the three months of service back. I called Verizon to try to get a refund and they would not issue a refund either. I asked Verizon if they would apply the cost of the three months service to my Verizon Bill and they would not do that either. I will think twice before doing business with Best Buy or Verizon again.

great deal for the money, best that I can have at present till I decide to get a better type of phone

This plan is ok but if use a lot of data should goto 60 plan

I purchased two of these cards for use with two phones purchased at the same time. The cards were recommended for the phones when checking out of phone purchase. I activated the first card and the recording said I was now enrolled in a $45 dollar monthly plan. I contacted customer service and was transferred to someone with poor English skills and was unable to unerstand my problem. After half an hour she understood but said Verizon does not have a plan that adds 90 days of service, the maximum was 30. I provided the sku number on the 90 day card for unlimited talk and text including Mexico and Canada, and the sku for the 30 day card. After providing the information customer service hung up on me. I recontacted customer service and after another half hour explanation to someone who did not understand English, I was hung up on again. I repeated the same attempts the next day with the same results except this customer service rep finished by transferring me to the sales department and an individual who spoke English. He immediately confirmed the plan existed. The next day I took the phones back to Best Buy where the sales staff tried to assist but when they contacted Verizon were told that plan did not exist. They contacted their store rep who also said the plan didnt exist. At that point Best Buy refunded all expenses. A week later the card is still being sold.

Even the Best Buy employees couldn't set me up on automatic pay and creating an initial account at the store was a pure nightmare.

Needed to use the phone. Not sure why this item needs a review. Recommend for phone.
