    I never set the phone up. It was much taller, wider and heavier than what I am looking for.

    Bought this phone it's a verizon phone took it to verizon to have them activate it and switch over my old phone to it but they couldn't because it was locked to best buy so I took it back to you all and they said they didn't know what verizon is talking about but couldn't get my money back because it had been over 14 days I ordered it on line because I don't drive in springfield so by the time I got my daughter to take me there it had been over 14 days so I am stuck with a 140 dollar phone I can't use very displeased with best buy and I also called first and the guy that helped me was rude so all in all I don't know.if I like the phone or not haven't got to use it

    Not the best for Verizon customers

    Cumbersome and non-intuitive to set up, a lot of obligatory features that feel invasive. Not a good device for Verizon services, which forced it to be a second line instead of the replacement device it was intended to be.

    Best buy cell phone review

    I give this phone a poor review not due to the phone itself but the crazy mess that involved trying to get the phone to work. This phone is a locked phone, but with proper scanning and so forth when shipping should be unlocked. Not so. Best buy refered me to Verizon and Verizon refered me to Best Buy and Best Buy sent me back to Verizon. I currently have a very expensive app holder with no cell service. (Also could not return per staff that day - not really sure if that was 100% true but was fed up anyways). Upside is that it does get a very good wifi signal and is a very pretty blue.

    This is the worse phone I have ever had. It has a mind of its own and deleted two days of texts. It also hangs up on the call if you get a text. Sorry Motorola!

    The experience with Best Buy was fine besides the dang shipping which wasn’t their fault... but this phone is definitely not worth it!!!

    The phone had no numbers on the box so I could not activate it. I took the phone to Verizon for assistance. They could not activate the phone either because it was locked. I returned the phone to my local Best Buy and purchased another phone directly from Verizon.

    Didn't Work Couldn't Recieve Texts or Calls

    I couldn't receive calls or texts. The guys at Verizon did every work around and check they could think of. Just wouldn't work. They had another customer come in with this phone with the same problem. Even the Best Buy clerk said his mother had that problem. Was refunded.

    I ordered this phone && have yet to actually do anything with it. Reason being it came without one of the most necessary parts for it to function; THE SIM CARD. I honestly don't know where to go from here so until my problem is resolved, my experience wasn't all to pleasant.

    This is not a good phone it jerks and flips up and down all the time drops calls after about 3 mins have to call back and drops again this was unlocked version hated it threw in trash after I destroyed it never would recommend to anyone shame on Motorola

    Works well for what we need

    So far so good we have only had them a week they seem to be functioning well. We aren't huge on tech stuff and we don't spend hundreds of dollars for a phone. We prefer prepaid and Verizon seems to have very few phones available these days that fit those descriptions. It's very similar to the previous phones we had which were Verizon prepaid moto g play. We needed more storage for photos and a few more apps. It will do for now. Best buy shipped them very quickly and secure. Hoping for another 1-2 years out of these until we can find another prepaid carrier that works well in our area for us since Verizon seems to be inching closer and closer to only selling their phones in their stores and at ridiculous prices.

    Nice phone. A little larger than my old Motorola. The battery isn't removable and it required a special tool to change the sim card. Thankfully the staff at Best Buy were able to help
