      Verizon changed my plan; it was not supposed to. Best Buy's ad said I could keep my plan, but Verizon changed it, took away some of my benefit and it cost me more. If I knew that would happen I wouldn't have ordered the phone. The phone itself and delivery/pickup I have no problems with. Actually ordered two phones, but had to do it on separate invoices. Waste of time.
