There was an offer for $100 account credit if I port in the number. I didn't get that. Verizon told, I should call best buy for that. Best buy offered me $25 gift for ordering the phone through them. I didn't get that too

The plan I'm on is ok. I feel that all cell phone plans are over priced. I get 4 which is not a lot but I don't use my internet away from my house much because of the price.

Love the phone, but accidentally dropped it on the edge causing the screen to crack. I also never received my gift card that was offered with the purchase of smartphone.

I have bought this with my new iphone 6s plus in an offer and I am fine with this offer, dont know how long it would be, just got it before it is gone.

I am a long time Verizon customer who was no longer under contract as my device was paid for and my contract term was complete. the service for my phone line was $20 per month. AFTER renewing contract with discount purchase of new device my thru Best Buy, MY BASE RATE DOUBLED TO $40. This was not clear in the online purchase info of my phone....and I really read it. It was presented as a $40 activation fee and was charged up front when I purchased my new phone. I called Verizon to confirm that my base monthly device rate for this line would continue at $20. I was assured it would remain the same as I was not financing the phone and was getting the promotional price of $419 for iPhone 7 plus because I was committing to 2 year contract. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. I now have to pay $40 per month base service for my line. After several conversations with Verizon Customer Service, I am still paying double the rate. My only option was to return the phone and repurchase it at full retail price to get my service rate back to $20 /mo. Beware!!!! If you buy the discounted phone YOU WILL BE PAYING MORE FOR DEVICE AND SERVICE THAN IF YOU JUST TOOK THE EDGE PROGRAM. and you will still be bound to a 2 year contract.

I guess It works because I'm still alive to review this product or service i guess keep keeping on

If I did it over I would pay for the phone up front and forget this pay as you go junk.

eliminate deductibles, the deductible should he satisfied with monthly premium

a 2-year contact is ok as you get a discounted priced phone but still a long time for an equipment

Good service almost anywhere but not cheap. Prices could be more competitive.

This plan is poorly designed for everyday use. Wish I could change it.

Stayed with Verizon although it is extremely slow.

Would switch to Unlimited plan, but Verizon does not allow Employer discount with new plan. Had to keep original XL plan.

Careful, my line access was changed to $20-$40 on verizon on top of $40 activation fee. No matter how you proceed, they will charge you. Best bet is go with an installment plan. We are ending up paying more for nothing.

Verizon rep in the store didn't use my SIM card from my old phone to provision my new phone and instead used my internal SIM on my new phone on an unlocked phone. While nice he seemed kind of clueless. They also didn't know how to handle my S26U pre-order. Verizon as a whole has suffered and doesn't care about the customer anymore, the network is not as premium as it used to be. I bought an unlocked phone so I can freely explore other options the next time Verizon messes up my plan, perks or discounts.

It got a year subscription for Xbox live gold. I'm happy with it.

They also don't throw even the smallest bone to a 20+ year customer with multiple lines. They could care less about loyalty.
