Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the ease of use and affordability of the $35 Top-Up Card. Many appreciate the unlimited texting feature and the prepaid nature of the card, which offers flexibility. However, some users find the limited talk time to be a drawback. The absence of a contract is also a positive aspect for several customers.

Not really unhappy about the phone even though it is not ideal, but the service is very poor. Can't believe you use the minutes when talking to another Verizon customer. Was told when I purchased the phone that I would be able to talk to all Verizon customers without using minutes - but that was not the case. I am now out the phone plus the unused minutes. I had T-Mobile for years and wanted to switch to Verizon.

Used this to get minutes on a Verizon disposable cheapie phone. Phone wasn't particularly good so I stopped using it and had quite a few miutes left over. Waste of money.

Girl at register didn't activate one card so it screwed up the $60 plan and I got charged the per minute/overage fees. Easier to just go to the phone guys and have them do it for you and then use an online account to pay monthly.

    ok for no contract

We use it to refill our no contract phone every 3 months. Verizon got clever and up'ed the card's refill amount from $30 (which would be the minimal) to $35. Anyway, we never have any problem with the cards bought. Now, we just need to find the $30 card to get from somewhere else.

We bought a prepaid Verizon phone for our daughter last year. This makes a great starter phone for kids. It helps them learn the responsibility of owning a phone. Once she's out she's out of minutes. We only allow 1 card a month. She has to use it wisely.

Not to much to say. You buy it, follow directions, get the time that you paid for. Verizon works pretty good in in the NW.
