Safe that doesn’t lock

I got this safe to store my home defense weapon. It does not lock shut. All you have to do to open when in locked mode is twist the knob a few times and it opens while it is supposed to be locked. Got in touch with VEVOR support and they seemed concerned and said they’d elevate the ticket but I have not heard back from them. If they fixed this problem I would change my review but as of right now this safe is an unsafe.
