Yes, the price is cheap and it has multiple audio formats in one compact unit. And they all do work. But the internal speakers are terrible and everything sounds like an old 1950's transistor radio. My car radio has better audio quality than this Victrola. The Victrola does not have AUX capability to connect to external speakers. This product gives you the retro look with, unfortunately, the retro sound.

Phono won't track on albums.

Unfortunately it will not track on any record we try. The head moves onto the record and after a few seconds it comes out of track and slides to the center of the record. When I tried to return it Best Buy had closed their store due to Covid19. So the return time limit expired. When I was able to go to the store again I was willing to pay to have it fixed but was told that the Geek Squad doesn't work on these. Nice looking product and all other features work as advertised. Unfortunately the LP player was the reason I bought the player. Useless. Disappointed my grandson. Usually pleased with support from Best Buy and I like to buy items like this in person so I can view the product and get local service. This time the support from Best Buy was very poor. In the future I will buy over the internet and pay with a service that guarantees my purchase to insure I can return an item or at least get my money back.
