Record Player broke about 4 months after purchase

She loved it, and it worked great until around March. About 3 months after I gave it to her (4 months after I bought it), the record player would only spin occasionally. For the past couple of months, the record player won't spin at all. It still works fine as a Bluetooth speaker, FM radio, CD player, but the reason I bought it was for the record player. I contacted the company once and haven't heard back. I just tried to contact them again. If they fix the player, I'll revise this review. I seldom leave reviews, but I'm very disappointed that this Christmas gift lasted less than 6 months.
