Item was a gift for my niece. She picked it out and is happy with it!

Bought this as a gift online. One of the speakers was really not sounding clear and had a lot of static. I had to return this and they were out online so I had to buy it through Amazon. I have not gotten the 2nd one yet, so unk if this one will be better. The product looks nice and all the features are pretty cool. return process was good though

Functionally smooth running and solid looking. Cabinet made of pressed cardboard/paper covered with vinyl to look like wood but renders a poor acoustical sound. No tone or acoustic adjustment, tiny speakers in a large impressive cabinet, so disappointing. Returned.

This was the ideal Christmas gift for my boyfriend then suddenly the turn table stop working. I called the customer service number and got a voicemail which has never happened before. I received a call back from a less than happy customer service rep who told me there was nothing they could do, despite the 1 year warranty they offer on the unit, and to just take it back to the store. It was bought less than month ago! I will never purchase from them again!!

Nice looking, cool piece. Poor sound. Highs are low and no bass. Sounds like your cell phone but it can play LPs and CDs.

This products works 50 % of the time the buttons get stuck.

Bought this to replace an older model we bought for an 87 year old lady to listen to her records. Arrived and looked great. Set it up and worked fine. Next day she called to say it wasn't working. Was returned and second one arrived promptly. Decided to set it up for her and test it. Sure enough by the sixth record it stopped working! DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL!!!!

The needle broke and I can't get anyone to replace

the turntable is very flimsy / wobbly and seems to be like this on all models

The volume quality is horrendous. Horrible no way to connect other speakers.
