The cabinet is good looking with adequate sound for my needs. I was happy with the turntable and radio, but unfortunately, the cd and cassette player did not work at all. I was very disappointed and returned the product.

I returned mine and am looking for a suitable compact unit I can stand to listen to. I was tempted to take the pre-amp signal into my old Marantz system but it just seemed silly. If only they had provided external speaker jacks instead, I would have added some good wide range speakers and be listening to it now. You do get what u pay for

I could literally lift the record player out of the housing unit. Also, the lever that holds the lid up to play a record would not stay up. You had to work it with your fingers to make it stay up when you opened the lid. I returned the unit and purchased from Victrola on amazon and got it the next day and it was perfect.
