The needle broke the very first time it was used, right out of the box. They are stuck with a broken record player as it is now past the return period because they were out of town. Do not buy this and consider very carefully whether to buy an item from Best Buy because of a shortened return period.

He said it didn't work at all. He also tried different outlets and it still didn't work. We returned this to Best Buy and received a full refund. We then purchased a different Victrola from another merchant and it has been working fine.

It is blue tooth but also has a speaker so you don’t need to buy a speaker. This was a perfect solution at a great price. The speaker is small but does a decent job. It also looks sleek!

Got this for my daughter who is a huge Taylor Swift fan and she absolute loves it. She is content with the inbuilt speakers. Me personally being an audiophile would connect to external speakers, but the sound quality of the inbuilt speakers is good enough. Durability is great. Simple to use. I mean an 8 year old can operate it without reading any manuals.
