Record not working right out of the box!

Everything worked fine except for the record player…the main reason this was purchased! Reread all instructions and made sure everything was done correctly. Still not working. Nothing worse about christmas than giving a $200 gift that doesnt work! Its a shame too because its a beautiful unit. Its going back to the store, but i already know that this unit is no longer in stock,so if i want the same item, im gonna have to wait until they can get it to me!

It looks very stylish well built and for the price I got it at I just couldn’t pass this deal up! I’ve had it for a few months now and it’s holding up. As far as the sound the bass could be alittle deeper but all in all it’s a really good record player! I would recommend to family and friends.
