I love the vintage look to my new Victrola along with all the added features. I've used it for the past few months with no issues.

Definitely an awesome item however I wish it went a little bit louder... but then again I just like my music really loud! Would definitely be good enough playing in the kitchen or living room to set a nice vibe!

Good affordable turntable. And I was able to digitize old vinyl records. I will say you need to study the instructions for digitizing to adjust the volume high enough

I bought this product for my grandson. It was supposed to be a special gift, but less than two weeks, it needed repair work and was taken back to Best Buy in Rochester, MN. with multiple problems. For those who are thinking it, my grandson is a very careful person who does not abuse his equipment or even toys. I checked the gift as did his father and we both agreed it needed to back to the store.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband and we both really love it! Be checked out many other brands and returned a different styled one before this.

Although it is a great product, I went into the store looking for a device that would serve as the source for my music and utilize a Bluetooth component, like our sound bar. I was assured I had chosen the correct devce. So, after some thought, I ordered it online and it was brought to my vehicle quite seamlessly. However, after we vbrought it home, we found out we made the wrong purchase. Your staff was very helpful during our return process. Best Buy is still the top of the line when we need electronics. We look forward to continuing shopping here. I know we won't "win" the gift card, however we look forward to our next shopping experience there.

1st Unit - the turn table looked like a roller coaster. It just went up and down, and it was so bad that at the high point, the needle would "fall" back down and skip... Note: a turn table should be smooth... Returned. 2nd replacement unit - the turn table is a lot better, there is still some up and down that I dont think it right based on turn tables of my past.... but.... 100% zero sound from the speakers... Tried phono, CD and Radio... zero... nothing... max volume... nothing.... This wins a return trip back to BB also. Very disappointed daughter. I will not be buying this brand again.

Love the 6 in 1 system! The Bluetooth capability makes it a 7 in 1 system because you can play music from your phone playlist as well!

Victrola makes a fabulous record player. All of the other functions are just icing on the cake! I love how nice this looks in our home.

Great little box. Only one complaint speakers are small.

This gives me everything I needed. I can finally listen to my cds again, can stream music, and I can’t wait to start a vinyl collection and try that out!
