The light on the dial comes on but nothing else operates. We’ve taken excellent care of the record player and have no idea why it’s suddenly dead. Loved it until it went out—such a waste of money.

We love the look but sadly will be returning it. I wish they would have invested a bit more in the record player, the arm doesn’t have any weights and won’t settle into the tracks. Sorry it won’t be working out.
