I love the easy to use feature. The sound is amazing!!!

Purchased item online and was pleased with it. The price was reasonable and it was delivered in a timely manner.

I bought this for my mom for her birthday in July because she missed her records, so I was trying to recreate her collection and give her a beautiful amazing turntable. I thought this one would be great as it looks amazing...but its performance is crap. Sound is great, sure! But with the first one, the needle for the record player just broke off...I returned it and ordered the same one for exchange...received it on August 1st...everything seemed great with the record player, the needle didn't break like the first one. However, tonight we tried to put a CD in its CD player for the first time and it would not read the same CDs that the previous one did just fine. If it's not one thing it's another. I am super disappointed in this product. I just wanted to make my mom happy and this product has failed me twice.

Fun to use and has ok sound, the tuner is great and the tape player is ok

This record player has great sound for the price point. The only complaint is that you have to manually move the needle back to its original spot after the record is finished playing. Overall, we're very happy with it and would recommend.

Not sure why this has so many good reviews. I guess if you’re not going to use it for vinyls then it could be cool with the cd, tape, and radio functions. But the record player part is very cheap, all plastic, skips like crazy, and there’s no counterweight to even attempt getting it to stop scratching and skipping all over the place. Returned after one day and got an Audio Technica turntable that performs perfectly for just $50 more.

I purchased this item for a Great Deal for Xmas for my Kids room!!

I’m wondering if I can adjust the bass or treble. I don’t see anything in the manual.

I am shocked that best buy would allow this item to be sold to their customers. My sister putchased this item after receiving some new and vintage records. When attempting to play, none of the records could get through a song without skipping. I went over to troubleshoot the issue to find that the stylus (needle) sits off-center and cannot be adjusted. Another issue is that the needle sits on your record at a weight of 6.6 grams. Nearly 3 times the weight the needle should sit. This, also, cannot be adjusted. These two major flaws is why i gave this item 1 star. There are more issues i had with the device, but wanted to make sure i shared this piece of feedback. Just know, if you do play your records on a device with these types of flaws, you will surely damage your records.

I rarely write reviews, however, I am trying to save anyone who is even thinking about buying this product from the pain. This product is absolutely awful. The playback speed is uneven. Vinyl plays back at different speeds and the pitch is way off. Tested it on several LPS to be sure. The speakers are the worst that I have ever heard. The $50 Sears & Roebuck Kid Stereo I had in the 80's sounded better than this unit. Truly horrible sound and playback, I took it back immediately and even the Best Buy staff agreed with me. Please do not purchase. Best buy should remove it from stock. Who in the world gave this 4 stars? AVOID

Purchased 1st as a gift and it skipped on brand new records. Returned and got the same one which also skipped right out of the box on brand new clean album.

Looks great but turntable speed seems to drop off randomly. Wrote Victrola for troubleshooting help without a reply.

This is a crappy player! Crappy sounds for the price! Wish I could return it.
