Definitely get an external speaker. Internal speakers are not so great. Overall a good product

Excellent choice for my kids to listen to records.

Sound quality is subpar, but thats what you should expect for something of this price point. the ability to use an external speaker is great and could help with that!

This was a gift to my grandson. He is happy playing his vinyl record's.

Right out of the box, this took a minute or two to come on. We thought it was just because it was warming up and was new. The second time we turned it on, it never came up at all. There is absolutely no power, and we tried several different outlets. Our Christmas was delayed due to COVID, so the little girl who this was bought for, does not have a record player since it was beyond the 15-day return policy that Best Buy uses. Given the pandemic and the season, I am amazed that there is a return policy that short. We had opted to get the record player here just to give BB business instead of going right to Amazon. That will be the last time we make that mistake. This product was never really able to be used, and we can't take it back. So far, we have had a hassle just to get the appropriate information to Victrola as we are having to use the warranty. Additionally, we tried several times to reach Best Buy, and were on hold each time anywhere from 15 minutes to a half hour. Only on the last attempt did we even get someone to help us. At that point, it was too late to return it and we were basically told we were out of luck and to contact the company (Victrola). Never again.

I purchased this turntable for my 22 year old Brother and he was very impressed with it! Offcourse he's never even seen one before lol but he's had much use since he started collecting Vinyls! We're both very happy with this purchase.. Works great!

I love the Victrola brand turntable. I bought a Crossley brand and it lasted only a month and then no sound -- the volume went completly dead -- a complete waste of money since my warranty had expired.

As expected, the quality is as good as the purchased amount. But, it does look nice.

Bought this for my 12 year old who wanted to start collecting vinyl. Sound is tinty, but it works. I’m kicking myself for throwing the box away because i saw this same player on Woot for twenty bucks, so that stings a bit. I got myself a turntable and that sounds a lot better than this.
