Played one record on Christmas morning and then started acting weird. Have to wait for a replacement. Super bummed out kid

I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday. He loves music and I thought this would be a decent priced turntable for someone who wasn't going to listen to it everyday. When I ask how he liked it, he said let me play it and you tell me what you think. That is not normally a good sign. I was not impressed at all. The sound was very grainy and not of good quality. Best Buy was very understanding and gave me back my full amount paid.

Scratches your records don’t buy not worth it at all

Visually appealing but that’s it. Would not spin the turntable at a constant speed so player was inaudible. You get what you pay for.

Not the most expensive quality but it does the job if you want to play some record. The Bluetooth quality isn’t that great however.

Skipped, didn't play well. Didnt go all the way down. Looks good. Only good thing I can say. Best Buy refunded easily tho.

Very appealing to the eye and perfect for a beginner however it never played a record without skipping. I think we may have gotten lemon. Based on past reviews it seems to be okay for most.

Sound quality is lacking. I had another player from this brand that sounded much better.

Sound isn’t that good and not really easy to use. It’s alittle pricey for how it actually performs.

The area that it plugs into is bad doesn’t work . Needs to be made better

The speakers or something came busted upon unboxing and playing for the first time. A Christmas gift gone wrong!

I returned this turntable. Tone arm broke. Seemed fragile from the beginning. Made of plastic. Lasted a week

My 12-year old son bought this with some of his Christmas money. He not-so-patiently waited for it to be delivered. When it finally arrived, he set it up, and began playing his ZZ Top Tres Hombres album. After approximately one hour, the whole thing stopped working! It started smoking and emitting a putrid smell. Do. Not. Buy. And Best Buy had to refund because thy they claimed it was no longer available to order.

Sound quality is fair sound level not bad I purchased it for a young teen it does the job

A product purchased as a gift and it stopped working in days!

So far works great but so did the last one until it didn’t hope this one last

The audio qaulity is great but I spent more for the aesthetic is what I paid more for and after less than a month of owning (and very, very rarely touching it) the velour has already started to crumble off, leaving it looking horrible.

It made records skip. The arm is to light weight. Returned record player to store.
