Purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife, primarily for the turntable feature, the Victrola arrived on schedule with no visible damage to the outer packaging. The reason why it’s a 7, not an 8-in-1, is that the CD player makes a rhythmic noise after the CD is inserted. The CD does play but the noise is just to distracting to be able to enjoy the music.

I'm enjoying my new record player. The buttons to change from one mode to the next are easy to read. The sound is as I remember from when I was a teen (long ago). All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

Very satisfied so far, but I haven't tried to use all of the features yet. The product's appearance is very good.

The Victrola brings many types of recorded music together in a single easy to use, compact package. And it's a great deal.

Just a hint for anyone who purchases this. Returned and repurchased because the first one skipped badly. The second one skipped also. The arm is not weighted properly if you put a nickel on the end with the needle (we just taped it on, did this in the old days) it plays just fine. Just needs weight to hold the needle down.

Have only played vinyl and it sounds great so far!

Meets expectations in every way. I am delighted with this purchase. I inherited a collection of cd’s, Lp’s, 45’s, 78’s and cassette tapes, and this product is a godsend! And the price was unbelievably reasonable,too! I’m a happy customer!

I ordered one of these for my wife for Christmas, and she was so excited to see it and use it because she loves vintage-looking stuff. The unit's sound cut out frequently on all settings, and so we returned it, exchanging it for a new one of the same model. After days of waiting for the new one to arrive, we unboxed it, got it all set up and plugged in, and immediately out of the box, the 2nd unit did the exact same thing. It was worse with the second unit. We will now be returning this all together, getting our money back, and buying a completely different brand record player.

Ended up as a duplicate gift...it was a nice product; however. Best Buy delivered as promised.

I absolutely love the look of it but in all honestly make sure to get yourself some bookshelf speakers because the sound from it isn’t the best

For the first time since my father’s father died around 40 yrs ago, he was able to hear his voice on a record. His father was a Radio DJ and we had found his pitch records. He died before I was born so I had not heard his voice until we played that record. The sound quality was amazing and brought tears to my father’s eyes.

It's super cute and easy to use! It's is a little big so I don't recommend using a hanging shelf

This was a good purchase. Gets all the different media all in one unit. Only downside is you have to manually turn the unit on and off.
