I would have given zero stars but it wouldn't let me. We bought a total of 4 speakers. We set them up and synced them together and even with 4 speakers, they aren't loud at all. We have only had them for 2 weeks and one speaker stopped working all together and one has a crackling sound in it. Also at times they aren't even in sync together so the music doesn't sound right. I am so disappointed with these speakers and Best Buy won't let me return them because I am 2 days over their 15 day return policy. Very poor customer service!

Don't waste your time

They won't connect or charge, 1 stopped playing anything after a week even after it would connect. They were shipped in huge boxes with no padding, so I'm sure that contributed. They spent several days being flung around in a box 4x large then the box they came in, certainly that isn't good for electronics.

I purchased 2 and they both broke within 2 months of the 1 year warranty being out. Victrola won't do anything about it and told me to contact a professional electronic engineer and they have no service centers.

It is a lot louder than I thought it would be and I love the solar charging because I hqve misplaced my charger and all I have to do is to set it out in the sun for about 30 minutes and she is ready to go.
